Center of Expertise Food has carried out various research and projects in the field of food innovation over the past 5 years, from which a lot of knowledge and insights have been gained. Center of Expertise Food (CoE Food) is an organization in which HAS University of Applied Sciences, Van Hall Larenstein, Aeres University of Applied Sciences and Inholland University of Applied Sciences combine their joint expertise and seek collaborations with companies and organizations in the food sector. CoE Food gave Vandejong Creative Agency “Food for Thought” and asked us to think about how to communicate these lessons learned. Vandejong came up with the concept, the design, drafted the interviews and developed everything into the book “Food for Thought”. In the interviews, teachers, project leaders, regional brokers and clients tell how they experienced the projects. We collaborated with photographer Thomas Nondh Jansen to visualize the interviews and outcomes. Working together, inspiring and acquiring knowledge through interactions, that is what CoE Food and these two publications want to encourage.
