What does ‘home’ mean to you? Since being adopted from Thailand and growing up in the Netherlands, 'home' is an important theme in Thomas his work. He likes being at home and he is amazed by the shape and colors of everyday objects and household routines. In his photography project 'Living room safari' daily objects transform into something new. Thomas thinks the beauty of the everyday is often overlooked. Thomas takes us on a visual journey through his house in search of wonder and fantasy. In this way he wants to show us the beauty of daily life.

‘Living room Safari’ was nominated for the 36th International Festival of Fashion, Photography and Fashion Accessories, Hyères in France in 2021 and the Eyes on Talent Photography Prize Paris in France in 2023. 'Living room Safari.' was published in Dutch newspaper NRC HANDELSBLAD and Belgium newspaper DeStandaard.
